Currently basic education of our nation to the new curriculum reform has to carry out comprehensive. There is a welcome change in high school classroom than before.most of the education theory researchers the new curriculum concept, the new teaching methods and evaluation method. For chemistry classroom teaching, tchemistry teachers in line on how to improve chemistry classroom teaching efficiency, actively develop and explore various teaching methods and strategies.In order to improve the new course chemistry classroom teaching efficiency, we have to walk into chemistry class internal, analyze the chemistry classroom teaching structure, so as to find out the internal rules.This paper is based on CPUP model,analyze30high quality chemistry classroom and the correlation analysis between teaching behavior chain model and questioning.This paper includes four parts.The first part includes the necessity of this research,the review of this research at home an abroad.The next part introduces the research objects, the index and mainly research method. The third part selected samples are multidimensional which is based on the second part,and analysis the type of teaching behavior in the chain "question" the characteristic, finally the correlation analysis between teaching behavior chains and questioning. In the last part summary the paper:(1) Based on the questioning content, the B, C, D teaching behavior chain model are not included the knowledge questions; In knowledge questions, factual question is less.(2) Based on the questioning form, the B chain model contains few "Whether" questions;"Which" questions in B, C, D chain model rarely appears or never appear;"What" questions are always the most commonly occurs in the form of questions;"Why" and "How" questions in three kinds of chains, accounts for about40%-50%.(3) Based on the questioning structure, well-structured problems are more than ill-structured problems in B, C, D chain model.(4) Based on the questioning level,the questions in B chain model is nearly high level problems.the questions in C chain model is nearly middle level problems.the questions in D chain model is nearly low level problems.(5) The correlation between the questioning level and chain model is high in Concepts, principles classroom, the correlation between the questioning level and chain model is middle in elements and compounds classroom.At the same time, standing in promoting teachers’ professional development position, the classroom teaching Suggestions are as follows: Teachers in the classroom teaching, we should pay attention in the teaching task of all kinds, select appropriate teaching behavior, the use of what kind of combination model will be teaching activity on the combination is together; Based on the questioning form,the teacheres should employ different form, but not use the same; the teacheres should pay attention to questioning structure; Teachers should pay attention to the questions and teaching behavior chain model is in the same level.
