In recent years,with the rapid development of society and the implementation of the national "three-child" policy,the structure of many families has changed,and ancestral families emerge at the historic moment.Nowadays,most of their parents invest a lot of time and energy into their career,have no time to take care of their children,and finally choose to turn to their grandparents.Some parents have to shoulder the responsibility of raising their grandchildren together with their grandparents due to force majeure factors such as accidents and diseases.This to some extent alleviates the urgent parenting problems to be solved,but its impact is thought-provoking.Based on the theory of cognitive behavior and structural function,this paper summarizes the growth dilemma of personality,personality,parenting and interpersonal communication,and analyzes the following possible causes: "non-language symbols",low interaction frequency,and lack of communication between parenting and school.In case work,the author adopts the field research method,using semi-structured interview,participatory observation data collection,to understand the current situation and needs of service object and demand,by combining the service object own demand assessment,using cognitive behavior treatment mode,guide the service object consciously realize their cognitive error,then behavior intervention treatment,help service object to solve the problem of cognitive deviation and regain confidence.In the process of intervention,through the linkage and integration of resources,the main family members and school teachers of the home and school,and then the "family-social work-school" linkage model was summarized.Then from the intervention of grandparents way of communication mode,service object cognitive behavior deviation improvement,service object and the degree of social work goals,family members and school teachers feedback further confirmed the "family-social workers-school" linkage mode to solve the growth of teenagers in grandparents family has significant effect,thus affirmed the practical significance of the model.Finally,the author discusses the application principles and skills of case work methods in solving the above problems,points out the shortcomings,and reflects on them.
