Currently our country occupation education general education seriously, practiceteaching link of learning practice often do things carelessly, slip by phenomenon, study andpractice the formal serious. This may be for many reasons: occupation schools and providepractice poor enterprise management, students’ poor self-control and so on, but thefundamental reason lies in the student in the enterprise work in time, without a set of effectiveworkplace learning system. Students in the enterprise work practice patterns not system sexand structural sex, occupation schools and enterprises do not know should be offered to thestudents what kind of practice learning programme, should with what kind of means to let thestudent in the workplace for effective learning. This article on Finland vocational educationstudents in the workplace learning process research, combined with China’s specific nationalconditions, to summarize a set of suitable for China’s vocational education students in thework place in effective learning mode, for China’s vocational education students workingability to provide an effective approach.This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter discusses the background, researchbackground and the research train of thought. The second chapter through the analysis andintroduction of the Hotel Finn, cafe, nursing homes, aircraft repair industry in four workplacelearning case, to analysis and sum up Finland’s workplace learning mode. In the third chapter,based on the case analysis and introduced the Finland workplace learning principles,processes, programs. The fourth chapter is aimed at our country occupation technologyeducation development difficulties and problems, combined with the Finland workplacelearning success, put forward some suggestions as reference and enlightenment, with periodfor our country occupation technology education experience, so as to promote China’s rapiddevelopment of occupation technology education.
