It is an indisputable fact that the mental health of our young people is bleak. Therefore, in the modern time, it is very important to focus and strengthen the mental health education. It is the most operability and effective to permeate mental health education in the various disciplines classroom teaching under current conditions, because the ideological and moral is closely linked to the psychological health education, ideological and moral teaching permeates mental health education, it is effective way to promote the healthy growth of students.Ideological and moral teaching on mental health education is to fully tap the teaching contend method and mental health education resources in teaching process according to the characteristics of the physical and mental development of the students and insist on the disciplines main body. let the theory of the psychology and technical and ideological and moral teaching content combine to achieve teaching and educating and promote the healthy growth of students. It is an effective way to improve the ideological and moral teaching.
