With the rapid development of China's economic and social,people's thinking has changed a lot.Mental health problem has become a topic of concern to the whole society,the psychological health problems of young people with some social hot cases reported,but also more and more people's attention.Now the majority of young people are only child,who carries the hope of the whole family,the society for their attention.They own in adolescence,it is a transitional period from childhood to adult,ideological changes,emotional intense,non judgment ability,psychological development in a contradictory complex period.Their mental health needs more attention from our educators.Ideological and moral course itself is the main position of moral education in schools,the curriculum contains a lot of resources of mental health education.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the psychological health education in Ideological and moral education.This paper explains the basic concepts of the infiltration of mental health education in the ideological and moral course,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the infiltration of mental health education in the ideological and moral course.The penetration of mental health education in Ideological and moral education is a powerful supplement to the mental health education in schools.In the theoretical link,it is emphasized that the nature of Ideological and moral course is in common with the principles of mental health education in primary and secondary schools.In the actual demand for the practical case to explain the mental state of students in learning psychology,psychological,emotional management,some students have psychological problems and obstacles in the process of growing up,these are for their study and life bring bad effect.The ideological and moral course contains a large number of mental health of the content of Ideological and moral education in the infiltration of mental health education is feasible.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current ideological and moral education in the infiltration of mental health education progress and deficiencies.On this basis,combined with my teaching practice and experience,put forward the following countermeasures on the ideological and moral education infiltration mental health education: setting for teaching objectives,emphasis should pay attention to the objectives of the three-dimensional "emotion,attitude and values",especially the mental health education for the target;teaching content integration that should make full use of students living in the psychological health education related to the vivid examples,emphasizes the cultivation of psychological quality;in teaching methods,learning professional means to absorb some of the psychological health education;create a harmonious atmosphere of teaching can also learn from psychological counseling empathy technology,let the teachers and students in the process of evaluating students' empathy;in the past,only pay attention to the change scores,pay attention to students' multiple intelligences.
