The miniaturization and the core development of the modern family promote the degree of aging in China, The increasing of empty nest families especially in rural empty nesters where own a large cardinal number in population.In this way, the rural empty nesters’pension problem is becoming extremely unusual. Empty nesters in rural areas is continuing to increase, however, China’s social security systems and pension systems are imperfect, which makes the rural empty nesters’pension problem more increasingly severe. This article discusses the topic of social support for rural empty nesters, however, the formation of empty nesters is a result of many reasons, such as individual factors, family factors, social factors and so on. Although the family resources is still important for the empty nesters, it is increasingly weakening because it affected by the core changing of modern families, the deepness of social flow and the changing of family values.In this way.the social factors play an increasingly important role on taking care of empty nesters. The pension is a dynamic developing process,so the families themselves can not cope with and solve the pension problem in rural empty nesters. The ideal empty-nesters social support should develop towards on the principle of older people helping each other, on the basis of family support and on the dependence of community service. It also should be supported by regulations, policies, and the social support system made by government. Nowadays, our implements mainly in family pension, together with the community endowment, which means social pension. So the elderly can accept the good care without keeping away from home. This way of pension is exactly we are encouraged to implement. There are also some experts who call on the development of the pension services industry, which is also practiced.In recent years, there are a lot of researches on the social support of the rural empty nester but in different perspectives. The author draws on some scholars’ theoretical results in this thesis, trying to combine herself research on the situation of the nesters in Shandong Province Q Village and establishing the social support system of the rural empty nesters suitable for this region. In order to make this survey be more representative and valuable the author I selected the Q Village in Shandong Province which is one of the serious provinces in the empty nest as the location of the survey. This article focuses on issues about social support of the rural empty nesters and the author selected her own living communities to conduct this research.The author analysis the overview of Q village that is survey site including following aspects:firstly, the basic problems and the trace about Q Village; Secondly, the daily economic and religious beliefs for analyzing the empty nesters substance and economic condition later; Finally, the basic statistics of empty-nesters in this site helps to see that empty nesters issue is urgency. This paper analyze the Current Situation of the the sample empty nesters social support from official social support and informal support.The author elaborate on these aspects official support:government support of insufficient funds, inadequate pension institutions and high threshold, the poor living conditions, low levels of medical shortage of entertainment facilities; informal support:single mode of life of the elderly, peer groupsthe situation is similar, relatives care asymmetric, the volunteer team has not vet been established. The thesis analyzes the deep-seated reasons that prompted their life situation from the formal social support and informal social support, And following with is the analysis on problems above and practical proposal and suggestions.The author explored the measures from the formal social support and informal social support based on analysis of r current situation and reasons that cause the rural empty. One side, we should improve the formal support. First of all, we should improve rules and policies, strengthen the institutional support; Secondly, we should strengthen laws, regulations and the legal mandatory protection; Thirdly, we can excavate the potential of the underlying village organizations and try to maximize the functions of the Commission; Finally, we should mobilize the role of civil society organizations actively to complete the inadequacies of systems and policies. On the other sides, we should play informal support functions. The second aspect is that.
