In September2008, the first batch of "post-90s" college students entered the university gate. As the focus of attention, this group of growth in the context of great reform for politic, economy, culture and society of our country, there are apparent differences of life values between "post-90s" college students and the previous generations. Facing the changes, how to guide "post-90s" college students with correct life values has become new topic for the ideological and political education.The paper comprehensively uses the knowledge of philosophy, psychology and ethics, and the related theory of ideological and political education, and uses the method of literature, questionnaire investigation, comparative analysis, etc., and analyzes the present situation of "post-90s" college students’life values, and the causes of problems in their life values, puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening "post-90s" college students’life values. The body of paper consists of four parts:Part Ⅰ:Elaborating the related theory of "post-90s" college students’life values. Including the definition of "post-90s college students", the definition and connotation of "life values", necessity and methods of enhancing life values education to college students.Part Ⅱ:Combining the survey data and the interview, the present situation of life values of "post-90s" college students separately from three latitudes:life value goal, life value realizing means and life value evaluation, and summarizes the main problem in their life values.Part Ⅲ:Analyzing the causes of "post-90s" college students’life values. The research regards that the negative effect of social environment, lag in school education, deviation of family education, and deficiencies in students themselves are the main causes of the problems.Part Ⅳ:Putting forward the corresponding countermeasures of education on the basis of the current situation and problems of genetic analysis of the "post-90s" college students’life values. The paper thinks,"post-90s" college students’life values education is a comprehensive and complex engineering, needing both school, family and society common to cooperate, and also "post-90s" college students’efforts of their own.
