ObjectiveThis study discusses the method of Bu Shen Yi Sui on behalf of prescription and marrow andblood particles on the prevention and treatment of sports anemia through the research on marrow andblood particles changes of rats when given traditional Chinese medicine, in-depth to study of traditionalChinese medicine control campaign anemia experimental basis.Method45male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group, the incrementaltreadmill exercise group (exercise group), incremental treadmill exercise+iron preparations group(exercise+iron group), incremental treadmill exercise+Chinese medicine group (exercise+TCMgroup). In addition to the control group, others training by incremental treadmill for5weeks (speed:15m/min, slope:0°,60min/d,5d/w).Training six days a week; training once time daily in the firsttwo weeks, and twice times daily in the last three weeks. exercise+TCM group was fed animal feedand traditional Chinese medicine preparation; exercise+iron group was fed the animal feed and ironpreparations; exercise group was fed animal feed and distilled water. The blood indicators were detectby hematology analyzer; the iron metabolism indicators were detect by immunonephelometry andthe level of nitric oxide were detect by the Nitric oxide test kits.Results1.The rats’ weight of the exercise group, exercise+iron group, and exercise+TCM group growthslowly compared with control group., at the end of training these rats body weight were lower than thecontrol group, the difference was significant. And the exercise group showed more severe fatigue andsymptoms exhaustive compared with other groups of rats.2. Exercise group rats RBC level was significantly lower than control group, the difference wasvery significant; exercise+TCM group RBC level was lower than control group, the difference wassignificant; compared with control group, exercise+iron group RBC level reduced, but the differencewas not significant.3.The exercise group Hb levels were significantly lower than the control group, showingsignificant difference; exercise+iron group and exercise+TCM group compared with the controlgroup, the Hb level difference was not significant; exercise+TCM group Hb levels were higher thanthe exercise group and exercise+iron group, the differences compare with exercise group weresignificant.4.Compared with the control group, exercise group, exercise+iron group rats HCT levels weredecreased, but the differences were not significant; HCT level of exercise+TCM group was higher thanthe other three groups, and compared with the exercise group and exercise+iron group, the difference was significant.5. Exercise group, exercise+iron group rats serum TRF levels were higher than the control group,and the differences were significant; the serum TRF level of exercise group was higher than exercise+iron group and exercise+TCM group, and the differences compared with exercise+TCM group weresignificant.6. The serum NO level of exercise group rats was higher than control group and exercise+irongroup, the differences were significant; and the differences of the serum NO level were not significantbetween other groups.7. The differences of rats spleen weight and spleen index in each group were not significant.8. Compared with the control group, exercise group, exercise+iron group and exercise+TCMgroup rats thymus weight were decreased obviously, the differences were very significant; the exercise+TCM group thymus weight was higher than exercise group, the difference was significant.9. Exercise group, exercise+iron group rats thymus index were significantly lower than thecontrol group, and the differences were significant; thymus index of the exercise+TCM group waslower than control group, and the differences was significant; thymus index of the exercise+TCMgroup was higher than exercise group, and the differences was significant.Conclusion1. Yi Sui Sheng Xue Ke Li and Ferrous lactate can prevent and improve the movement of anemiain rats sports anemia and iron metabolism disorder state, the result explain that the Yi Sui Sheng XueKe Li have a good preventive effect of sports anemia;2. Yi Sui Sheng Xue Ke Li on the role of sports anemia prevention mechanism may regulate ironmetabolism in rats disordered state, and regulate the generation of NO in serum and level ofmaintenance as well as enhance immunity.
