| Sports anemia is a key content in sports science study for it is an important factor restricting the improvement of sports performance and the mechanism of sports anemia is complex and uncertain.The main factors of sports anemia are decrease of red blood cell's generation and increase of red blood cell' s destruction,spleen' s function is destruct red blood cell,but studies about sports anemia and spleen are seldom seen. Base on rats model of sports anemia and different nutrition supplements, this paper attempts to study the mutual effects of sports anemia and spleen by the change of spleen' s morphology and function.After establishing rats model of sports anemia by 5 weeks long-term treadmill exercise of progressive loading,rats were divided randomly into exercise group(Ex,n=8),exercise+iron-nutrition group(Ex+Ir,n=8), exercise+ "E-jiao" -nutrition group(Ex+Ej,n=8),then continuing training 4 weeks,Ex+Ir was gavage feeding by iron nutrition supplement, Ex+Ej was gavage feeding by Chinese traditional medicine "E-jiao'.The parameters of hemogram,bone marrow aspiration and spleen' s morphology were observed after experiment,the results of the experiment indicated:1) Sports anemia was continuing in Ex,sports anemia was reversed in Ex+Ir and Ex+Ej by nutrition supplements,the effect of Chinese traditional medicine "E-jiao" on sports anemia is better than iron nutrition supplement.2) In Ex,the spleen' s weight reduced,the spleen index increased, the change of spleen' s width and length was not evident.The change of parameters could not judge whether splenomegaly was occurred.Nutrition supplements were no evident effect on spleen.3) The rats' bone marrow aspiration of sports anemia indicated function of hematopoietic system declined,hypersplenism was occurred. The main mechanism of sports anemia is function of hematopoietic system declined,not hypersplenism.
