This thesis based on the students in the English communication will not speak,can not speak,do not understand the "deaf" English reality,to teaching management research perspective,the use of questionnaires,interviews,lectures and participate in observation courses and other methods This thesis aims to reveal how to organize the teaching resources in the cultivation of English communicative competence in order to improve the English communication ability of the secondary vocational school students in order to cultivate the communicative competence of the students in English.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the connotation of communicative competence in English is analyzed.At the same time,the teaching theories of acquisition,communicative competence and constructivist teaching management are analyzed.On this basis,we take Weihai Fisheries School as the research object to carry on the questionnaire survey,and analyze the teaching materials management,teaching condition management,teacher problems and so on.In addition,some English teachers in Weihai School were interviewed to understand the teaching management problems such as the level of College English teachers,the selection of teaching materials,and their views on cultivating English communicative competence.Through the investigation,it is found that there is a lack of innovation in the management methods of communicative teaching in secondary vocational schools in secondary vocational schools.There is a lack of innovation in management methods and methods of secondary vocational English communicative teaching.Teaching management is relatively weak,emphasis is put on the management of the process,ignoring the management of results,the enthusiasm of English teachers participating in teaching management Not high,the teaching evaluation system is not full of science,teaching management equipment capital investment,the lack of appropriate English communication materials and other issues.The reasons for this problem are analyzed from the perspective of teaching management,mainly because of the lag of teaching management philosophy,the overall literacy of English to be improved,the inadequate training of English teachers in schools,the lack of realistic adaptability of teaching materials and the insufficient investment in teaching management equipment Lack of complete teaching quality evaluation system.This paper,from the perspective of teaching management,puts forward some countermeasures to improve the communicative competence of secondary vocational students in English teaching.It mainly includes four main parts: the first is the construction of teachers,including the transformation of teachers' teaching management concepts,the construction of teacher's accomplishments and the strengthening of teacher training,In this paper,three kinds of training and further training mechanisms are proposed,that is,sending training abroad and interscholastic exchange and school-based training.Secondly,from the perspective of textbook construction,this paper mainly includes strengthening the development of school-based teaching materials and the choice of teaching materials for English communication in secondary vocational schools;Thirdly,it is to strengthen the construction of English communication teaching conditions in secondary vocational schools,starting from two aspects: improving teaching conditions and optimizing multimedia teaching management;finally,this paper puts forward the construction of evaluation mechanism to improve teaching management of English communicative teaching,including the composition of evaluation subject,evaluation content And implementation measures.This paper changes the main ways of thinking about cultivating communicative competence in secondary vocational schools.From the perspective of teaching management,it has some reference value for cultivating communicative competence of secondary vocational students.
