A Comparative Study Of Chinese Style Wrestling And Wushu Sanda Wrestling Techniques

Chinese Wrestling refers to the modern international style wrestling project rules,with Beijing as the foundation of its development,with several thousand years of Chinese Wrestling practice as the background,the unique style of wrestling of various ethnic groups in China has been integrated and improved to form a independent sports project.The traditional sports of Wushu Sanda is originated from the profound and profound Chinese national culture.In modern times,with the rise of the national fitness and sports,the project has also stepped into an international fight platform as a unique sports event with Chinese characteristics.Both Chinese style wrestling and Wushu Sanda project are both belong to our national traditional sports and belong to the two people fighting against the group.In theory,there is a mutual reference value between them.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the project rules and technical features of Chinese style wrestling and Wushu Sanda project by means of literature,expert interview,comparative analysis and logical analysis.Then,the technology of Chinese wrestling and Wushu sandplaying is carried out from the technical perspective.In the end,the relationship between Chinese style wrestling and Wushu Sanda fall technique is analyzed.1,Chinese style wrestling and Wushu Sanda are common in wrestling technique.2,the main factors causing the difference between Chinese wrestling and Wushu Sanda wrestling are the rules of the project,the playing field and the protective clothing worn.3.Through the analysis of the relationship between Chinese style wrestling and Wushu Sanda throwing,it is found that the form is different and the content is interconnected;the athletes' tactical psychology is similar;the scoring rules of Chinese style wrestling cover a part of the Wushu Sanda throwing rules.Suggestions are made as follows: 1,we should strengthen the communication between two athletes.2,Chinese wrestlers can draw lessons from Wushu Sanda players to wear protective devices to increase the technical difficulty of throwing techniques to the actual conditions of the competition,and add some limiting factors to the practice.Coaches can learn from martial arts Sanda "feeding" and "recruiting" teaching methods,to enhance athletes' understanding of new technology.3,Wushu Sanda athletes can learn from Chinese style wrestling in the connection technology.In the course preparation,the coaches can interspersed some Chinese wrestling and bare hand basic skills,and add some basic skills in Chinese style wrestling in the quality practice.
