Flow is positive experience which can bring people not only satisfaction but also happiness.Flow has become a focus of psychology research in recent years.Flow has been applied to learning process of high school students in this study,paying attention to learning flow of high school students and studying the influences of learning flow of high school students in order to improve high school students' level of learning flow,which can promote learning efficiency of high school students.Combined questionnaire and experimental methods to measure in the study,630 high school students have been selected from Nanchang City and Yiyang City,Jiangxi Province,as subjects,using “Learning Self-efficacy Scale ”,“Learning Motivation Scale” and “Learning Flow Scale” to conduct investigation,exploring the relationship of self-efficacy,learning motivation and learning flow,and then exploring the feasibility that improving the level of learning flow of high school students by group counseling on the basis of the former study.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Self-efficacy level of high school students is different with gender and specialty,whether a single child and the home location(p<0.05 or p<0.01),there is no significant difference in whether boarding(p>0.05);(2)Learning motivation level of high school students is different with gender,whether boarding,whether a single child and the home location(p<0.01),there is no significant difference in specialty(p>0.05);(3)Learning flow level of high school students is different with gender and specialty(p<0.01),there is no significant difference in whether boarding,whether a single child and the home location(p>0.05);(4)There are significant correlations between any two of self-efficacy,learning motivation and learning flow of high school students(p<0.001);(5)Self-efficacy of high school students has positive prediction on their learning flow(p<0.001);(6)Learning motivation of high school students has positive prediction on theirlearning flow(p<0.001);(7)Learning motivation plays an intermediary role between self-efficacy and learning flow;(8)Self-efficacy group counseling can effectively improve the level of self-efficacy of high school students,and at the same time,improving the level of learning flow of high school students.
