| As a new thing, The Community Share—holding Cooperative is aproduct of the development trend in the times. It brings enormouseconomic and social benefit, on the other hand, it is difficult to avoid thedifficulties existing in the development. The domestic research onCommunity share—holding cooperative always focus on economics,management science and law science. This paper attempts to usesociological perspective, through the analysis of social role theory, toanalysis development dilemma of Community share-holding cooperative.This paper is the study of the development dilemma which exists incommunity share-holding cooperative in the perspective of the SocialRole theory. It takes a community of Dazhou city as the example. Basedon previous literature, firstly it introduces the community stockcooperation which is based on community stock cooperation systemreform, and briefly introduces reform background and the typical model.Based on the medium-term investigation, it firstly introduces the buildingbackground of D community in Dazhou city, which refers to accumulation of a large amount of collective assets and disadvantages ofthe original management. And D community carries out the policy andinstitutional arrangements through four aspects of inventory, ownership,stock management, organization. Meanwhile it made certain effects.Based on the theory analysis in the late stage, it summes up the threedifficulties of Community Share-holding Cooperative: beneficiaryqualification which has no basis, on distinguishes with community andgovernment, conflict among welfare, growth rigid and the risk. And itexplains the reasons through some concepts of role ambiguity, roletransformation, role dislocation, role consciousness. Based on theanalysis of the causes, it puts forward four countermeasures whichincludes defining the organizational social boundary through clearingroles, improving quality of community cadre through recognizing the rolenorms; promoting the organization identity through strengthening theconsciousness of the role. |
