Research On The Role Of Social Workers In Community Service Under The Background Of Community Governance Innovation

With the continuous development of China's economic and social and community governance system,the advancement of modernization of governance has become a social work to strengthen,the innovation of community governance and community services based power and important means,is increasingly recognised by the government and the society and support.As one of the earliest development of social work in China city of shenzhen,as early as in 2007 began to cultivate social work institutions,in areas such as community building pilot implementing government purchase social work service.Ten over the years,more and more social work organizations or government directly by means of government purchase services set up the method of social work into a grassroots community to carry out professional services,a line of social workers become the main force of the innovation of community governance and community services.However,with the reform of community governance and community service system in shenzhen,social workers are facing a series of new situations and problems.In this new model of innovation community governance and service,what roles and responsibilities should social workers take on,and how to get out of these difficulties?
