Research On The Role Of Social Work Involved In Community Building ——Case Study Of Xingrong Community In Chengdu

With the disintegration of the unit system and the rapid development of the economy,the traditional regional relations have been destroyed,but new bonds have not yet been established.How to reshape the community has become a problem faced by the current grassroots community governance.Based on this,the party and the country have repeatedly emphasized in the document the need to innovate community governance methods.Some domestic communities have begun to try to break the traditional ideas and models of community governance,learn from the experience-building strategies of communities in Taiwan of China and Japan,and use and integrate local resources To design and innovate new community governance and service models to solve the existing problems in the community.Among them,cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou took the lead in launching.Since 2015,Chengdu has also actively launched corresponding policies.At the same time,social work can be seen in the construction of some communities.Social work has become a member of social creation activities with its professionalism and uniqueness.Based on this,it is of academic significance to study the role of social work involved in community building projects and to summarize relevant experience.This article takes the Xingrong community in Chengdu as an example to conduct a micro-research,and analyzes the process of the T agency’s involvement in the social construction of the Xingrong community from the perspective of the actor network.In-depth interviews with the subject,and the use of literature analysis methods to analyze many periodicals and the construction materials given by the community.The entire construction is divided into courtyard renovation and community self-government stages,and social workers play different functions at different stages.This article attempts to summarize the effective experience of social workers in social construction practice: first,follow the "listening-feedback" cycle of thinking,second,adhere to the "asset-based" perspective,and then promote the "three platforms" The final consultation is to continuously link multiple resources to ensure the vitality of the community.Through the above experience summary,the author hopes to be able to provide a reference for other social work embedded community building practice.
