Since the1980s, the non-governmental higher education has developed veryquickly and after30years’ educational reform, its development and growth hasentered into a new age. As a supplementary of higher education, it has become amajor force in our country. With the development of non-governmental highereducation, it also meets severe challenges, like teaching funds, educational views,teaching facilities and etc. Now the construction of teaching staff has become abarrier to non-governmental higher education. So how to use scientific methods tosolve problems that have existed in education have become essential.The thesis bases on construction of teaching staff of non-governmental highereducation, involving psychology, sociology and some other related subjects. Themethodology of this thesis adopts literature research, comparative analysis, interviewand so on. It makes a general statement on the construction of teaching staff ofnon-governmental college and analyses the problems that existed. At the end of thisthesis, the author proposes some practical and valuable strategies for the developmentof non-governmental higher education. |
