Abstract:Along with the development of local-funded higher education in China, there remains incongruity regarding the characteristics of local-funded higher education. Recently, the teaching quality of the colleges and universities run by the local people become the point at issue. There are following reasons: On the one hand, the cognition of the higher education exists misunderstanding, on the other hand, the reasons is that many discusses needed exist in the teachers' management in the inner private-running colleges .The facts which affect the building of teaching staff of private-running college may be concluded. At first, because the country's law and the measure are so poor that the teacher's right and benefit of private-running college seldom to be protected enough. Secondly, on the construction of teaching staff , the private-running college has not the supper power compare with the public college ,but there many matters which limit the development of latter. Thirdly, partly private-running college have not an efficient management system. At last, the found of construction is not enough at most of private-running college. According to the vegestation and analyzes the experiences of the six colleges of Guangdong Pronvice, we would like to explore the new way to improve the teaching staff's quality and to make the private-running college's development healthly.This thesis is divided into four parts: The first part expatiates the reason, singnafience and way of thinking, method...etc. This part is the guiding thought for thesis. The second part, the private-running college's conception, catecigate, functions and so on are discussed. Especially, the experiences of college development are introduced based on the Guangdong's private-running college. At the same time the challenges and changes are also to be introduced. At the third part, the problem and the reasons of teaching staff are analyzed deeply. At the last, based on the problems and the previous research, many advices which expected to help for the private-running college's containable development has given.
