A Study Of Organization Mode Of Research Universities Based On Talent Classification’s Cultivation

University which is in charge of implying higher education is a complex social organization. University organization is the foundation of realizing the function of university. The main function of university is to cultivate higher level talents, especially research universities that shoulder the mission of cultivating top-notch innovative talents, high-level applied talents and high-quality talents.<The National Medium and Long-term Plan For Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)> shows the target of institutions of higher learning is to cultivate high-quality talents and top-notch innovative talents who has persistent belief, good moral character, full of knowledge and excellent skills.<The12th Five-year-plan of National Education Development Career> put forward clear requirements of the three kinds of talents.With the high development of society and internationalization, diversity training goals of talents has become a consensus between society and university. A lot of universities and colleges are exploring new talents training manner and mode to realize the need of society. They also make actively researches and reformations on the aspect of cultivating mode and curriculum system. Some universities and colleges are taking the reformation on internal organization structure. But the reformation mostly belongs to surface, non systematic attempt. The goal and specification of talents training does not meet the need of different people so the effect is not ideal. The reason is that implying classified cultivation and teaches students in accordance of their aptitude not only need to develop a cultivation plan that fulfils the character of different students but also need to satisfy the organization guarantee of diversity talents cultivation mode.In this paper, based on the concept of classification of talent cultivation, the author analyzes the organization structure of research universities and explores the suitable organization model for student. Using literature analysis, comparative research and case analysis, the author in-depth analyze some typical cases abroad, and find out the research university how to set up a scientific classification cultivation channels under the guidance of the reasonable concept of talent cultivation. They fully practice the concepts of populism, elitism and pragmatism, by establishing undergraduate college, graduate school and professional school in a complex organization mode, then put forward an exchange overpass which is benefit for cultivating top-notch innovative talents, high-level applied talents and high-quality talents. So we can provide reference for the reform of research universities in China.
