With the rapid development of the global economy, our vocationalcollege education is facing big challenge of talent cultivation.Vocational colleges are basic principle of high education and theirroles are increasingly prominent. Now, the incentive mechanism invocational college is in the growth stage, it is important to know howto make workers produce enthusiasm, improve work efficiency underneeds of the development of higher vocational colleges. Although thehigher vocational colleges have reformed in many ways and have gota good hand, there are still many problems in the development of highvocational colleges such as slow development, decline of staffenthusiasm, the outflow of talent, the low level of student training.This shows that the incentive mechanism of higher vocationalinstitutions in the implementation process still exist problems. Thenbuilding principles and theory of motivation, combining withincentives to optimize the higher vocational institutions incentiveshas important practical significance.In this paper, we choose Shanxi Management Vocational Collegeas the object of study to propose optimization measures of employeeincentives by the principle of incentives. Essay is divided into six parts: first part is the introduction------descriptions of the significanceof the thesis topics, main objective of the study, content, the overallframework, main problems and article innovation etc. The secondpart is related theoretical foundation and basis------descriptionspractical results of human resources management. The third part isanalysis combined with a common phenomenon in higher vocationalinstitutions incentives and incentives theoretical results. Then obtainnecessity of building employee incentives in higher vocationalschools. The forth part is the analysis of current incentives situationand problems in Shanxi Management Vocational College. The fifthpart is optimization measures of incentives mechanism combinedprinciple of incentives and theories for Shanxi ManagementVocational College in many ways. The last part is conclusion.
