Research On The Information Management Of Mobile Personnel File In Chengdu

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the high degree of market-oriented allocation of domestic human resources leads to more and more frequent flow of personnel.At present,the rapid development of artificial intelligence,information technology,archives management technology is also changing.Flow of the personnel archives play a critical role in the society,can reflect a person’s learning experience,ability to work,identity,and basic information,such as people’s concern in the personnel files or emphasis is not very desirable,therefore,the analysis on the personnel archives of floating population in the related work shortcomings and put forward corresponding countermeasures is important,so to establish a scientific and effective information flow of the personnel file management system,can fully improve the utilization efficiency of flow of staff personnel files,to rational utilization of the talents of our country and effective configuration,It is very important to improve the speed of social and economic development.This paper flow of staff personnel files in Chengdu area actual situation and the basis of the related literature at home and abroad,combined with Chengdu and surrounding areas of development personnel file management and archives management present situation and the problems discovered in the study,describe the flow now Chengdu staff personnel file management,and then sums up the problems and put forward the corresponding solutions.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the background and research significance of personnel file management of floating population,the introduction of the concept of personnel file information of floating population,the research subject route,the research method and the innovation of the research.The second part is the literature review,introduces the general situation of archives management at home and abroad.The third part mainly expounds the floating population personnel file management related concepts and theoretical basis.The fourth part in the flow of chengdu staff personnel file management status quo,on the basis of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,analysis of the problems existing in the personnel file management of floating population in Chengdu,the file management personnel is not scientific,backward archives management information system,refer to the laggard part not true and archives,archives preservation and finishing.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems related to archives,such as training professionals in archives management,establishing open information management mode,establishing archives information base,forming and planning information management,and formulating implementation rules of archives management.The sixth part summarizes the research conclusion of this paper and the prospect of the rapid development of personnel file information management.
