Study On Practical Teaching In Practical Tertiary Education

Because of the requirement for practical talents in the socio-economic establishment, and according to the diversified tendency of higher education development, "Practical Tertiary Education" was developed accordingly. As a newly important training method, it has many problems at present. This paper mainly explores the characteristics of practical tertiary education and the role of practical talents developing in practical teaching, analyzes the present condition of practical teaching and its existing problems. Based on the rules of practical teaching and my own research, this paper brings some targeted suggestion.Practical teaching is neglected because of that its function is unrecognized. This Paper described the theoretical basis of practical teaching, Summing up the important effect in practical talented cultivation, and clarified the relationship between rhetorical and practical teaching.Practical Teaching management is a complete system to maximize the effectiveness of management prerequisite. Reasonable management system in practical teaching is a good protection for management; Practice teaching quality supervision, and incentive mechanisms are integral parts. This paper proposes the establishment of quality supervision, and incentive mechanisms for improving teaching practice management system.Experienced teachers can continually raising the quality of teaching practice as an important guarantee. The current teachers of practical tertiary education become younger, instability, which is harmful for improving the quality of practical teaching. This paper takes some measures in raising the status of teachers, strengthening teacher training.Various practical teaching infrastructures are prerequisite for teaching. Strengthen infrastructure construction; improve the conditions of practice teaching support system is the protection of practical teaching quality. This paper strengthens the construction of infrastructure and open practice teaching to optimize the utilization of practical teaching.
