The employment increasing pressure, the situation is worsening.College graduates employment issues related to long-term healthy development of Chinese highereducation, and even the entire growth of the national economy and social harmony and stability.How to improve the employment rate of college graduates, to enhance the quality of employmenthas increasingly become a hot issue at all levels of government, the education sector and thecommunity highly concerned.Strengthen undergraduate employment guidance, will help students rational planning career,transition students employment outlook, career outlook, enhance vocational literacy of collegestudents, and is helpful to do more comprehensive, fully prepared to effectively increase theemployment rate of graduates for employment.
