Analysis Of Higher Vocational Students’ Employment Guidance Status And Countermeasure Research

As a type of higher education, higher vocational education is to serve the development of local economy and the cultivation of applied talents. With the large-scale expansion of China’s colleges and universities, the severe employment situation of students in Colleges and universities has aroused great attention from the whole society, and the employment situation of higher vocational college students either. On the one hand, students can not find a suitable job; on the other hand, the small and medium-sized enterprise can not hire the right people. It is necessary for us to research on the contradiction between supply and demand. Therefore, it has important strategic significance to strengthen the employment guidance of higher vocational students, improve students’ employment competitiveness, and Improve the quality of teaching in schools, so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of higher education, to meet the needs of society and economy and the maintenance of social stability.This article uses the interview method, questionnaire survey and summarized method, from the perspective of government departments, universities, enterprises and personnel service agencies. It researches on problems and Countermeasures of the current employment guidance of vocational college students of Hangzhou. First it introduces and explains the related concepts about vocational college students’ employment guidance, the particularity of vocational college students, foreign vocational college students’ employment guidance and so on. Secondly, through the questionnaire investigation, it analyzes the current situation of employment guidance work of higher vocational, researches the role and status of the research on the government, universities, enterprises and personnel service agencies in the higher vocational students’ employment guidance system, analyzing their existing in the vocational college employment guidance problems. Then, based on the analysis of the status quo, this paper puts forward the strategies on Hangzhou Vocational College Students’ employment guidance: the government should perfect the system of employment security system, establish and improve the employment guidance and supervision and evaluation mechanism.
