Distribution And The Regional Differentiation Of The Talents Of The All Previous Dynasties In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

In Chinese modernization process, as important creators andposters of advanced productivity and culture,talente persons arethe most activated and important factors. They directly control andrestrict the development and utilization of other resources, andthey are the core elements of the development of social productiveforces. Therefore, comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out:"humanresource is the first resource. the key of reaching the progress ofscience and technology, realizing economic and socialdevelopment is talente persons."As one of the four world’s majorancient civilization, all Chinese rulers payed more attention to thetraining of talente persons.This article selects the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as a area tostudy,extracts kinds of talent persons who hadBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei native place(in today’s standard of theadministrative)form the relevant historical data,using the methodof mathematical statistics and GIS database,analysis the quantity、influence fields、geographical distribution of talent persons who hadBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei native place、Jinshi and family names of talentpersons,this paper diacusses the causes.The conclusion of the papers that there is some obvious different characteristics in thedistribution of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei talents:(1)The numer ofBeijing-Tianjin–Hebei talents in different dynasties is largelydifferent,and the peak of quantity of talents appeared in the periodof the Republic with the passage of time,and quantity of talents andinfluenced field appeared positive correlation.(3)The number oftalents in Baoding and Shijiazhuang which are in the middle part ofhebei is numerous,and influenced field of talents becomewide.However the number of talent in Cheng-de,and Qin-huang-daowhich are in the north part of Hebei and Zhangjiakou which is in theeast part of Hebei is less,influenced field is also relatively narrow.(4)The distuributional characteristics of talents’ family names aresimilar with all that of talents.(5)The distribution and regionaldifferentiation characteristics of Jinshi are similar with all that oftalents.(6)Temporal and spatial distribution ofBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei talents have some relevance in the aspects ofgeographical environment、politics、policy、economic and culturaleducation.With the research of these problems,this paper let us furtherunderstand the rule of distribution and regional differentiation oftalents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and constantly improve thegeography research of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei talents,and providereference and inspiration of current training in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeitalents and development of human resource.
