Analysis On The Characteristics And Correlation Of Population Distribution And Industrial Distribution In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

Beijing industry layout planning research group conceived that adjust population distribution through industrial layout in 2005.From this perspective,we analyzed the distribution and space-time evolution characteristic of population and industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.We found that the regional coordinated development existed the following problems: population distribution and industrial layout do not match,the quality of population also does not match with industrial orientation and the public service resources can't satisfy people's needs.According to the above problems,we used both qualitative and quantitative methods to analysis the relationship between population distribution and industrial layout.Using the consistency coefficient between population and economy and ArcGIS to reflect the space consistency between population distribution and industrial layout visually.Then,we established spatial Dubin model based on the 2010-2014 panel data of Beijing-tianjin-hebei metropolitan areas.We analyzed the relationship between population distribution and industry distribution in the term of spatial correlation and spatial spillover effects.The result shows that industrial layout,incoming level and public service resources are the main factors that affect the regional population spatial distribution.On one hand,the population distribution in Beijing-tianjin-hebei has a strong siphon effect,.On the other hand,the population distribution and industrial layout are highly correlated in space.Industry distribution especially the tertiary industry has a positive effect on the growth of population in local region,but restrains the growth in the surrounding areas.At the end of this paper,we provided relevant advice for the idea of adjusting population layout by distributing industry.
