Research On Talents Cultivation Pattern Of School Of Elite Sports Attached To Capital University Of Physical Education And Sports

The development of competitive sports is inseparable from the cultivation ofcompetitive sports talents. As the transformation which arise from the plannedeconomy to a market economy step by step, there are many problems in thecultivation of the reserve talents in our country, such as unreasonable phenomenon asfollow recruiting students difficultly, low yield training funds, inadequacy competitionsystem. These reasons are restricting the sustainable development of athletics sportsof our country. In the new era, the society put forward higher request to thecultivating of sports talents, which need the athletes with high culture, and the abilityto adapt to the development of modern society, and finally make contribution to thecountry. At the present time, athletics sports school has become a nonnegligible linkduring the transition period for the cultivation of diversity competitive sports talentsin our country. This paper mainly take school of Elite Sports Attached to CapitalUniversity of Physical Education and Sports as the research object. We adopt themethod for literature material, questionnaire interviews, experts interview andmathematical statistics. When getting the results of the survey, we analyze theteaching situation, germ situation, students training, culture status and logisticalsupport in subsidiary of school of Elite Sports. We also summary the existing talenttraining mode, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the existingproblems. The results of the study show that1. Some students despise literacy class learning, Students graduate way less.Delivery channels are not expedite for higher level of sports training unit2. The comprehensive quality of existing coaches and teachers need to enhance.3. Talents Cultivation Pattern is sports and education combination.Student statusis not optimistic.4. Each security measures in the school need to be enhanced.
