In recent years, with the development of economy, the improvement of people’sliving standard, in students’ nutritional status improved at the same time, the proportion ofoverweight and obesity are also climbing, the global trend has aroused high attention.Because of overweight and obesity are serious harm to the child’s physical and mentalhealth of teenagers.This article use the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, mathematicalstatistics,logic analysis, Beijing, wuhan, chongqing primary and middle school students’physical education learning attitude obesity research. And then puts forward someSuggestions and countermeasures for obese pupils physical education learning attitude,exercise a habit, improve the body shape, form a healthy lifestyle to provide some advice.The results show that:(1) obese students as the growth of the age, the physicaleducation learning significance and role in understanding also gradually. He (she) peoplepay more and more attention to their own body, participate in physical education learningis the most main purpose is to reduce weight, especially fat girl performance of the mostobvious.(2) the fat boy a girl more like sports, as the growth of the age, obesity becausestudents pay attention to own body, want to through the motion to achieve the goal thatreduce weight, so obese students like sports more than ordinary students to many. Obesestudents in sports in the process of learning success experience than ordinary students.(3)obese students’ attendance than ordinary students, in addition, obese students complete theteaching content is less than ordinary students. Obese students as the growth of the age,more and more will handle interpersonal relationships, and the relationship between theteacher and the other students more and more harmonious. But there are also a few obesestudents relationship with other students with bad, easy to other students isolated.(4) obesestudents in sports theory study, master more knowledge of fitness weight loss. In sportstechnology projects, obese students swimming master better, and gymnastics general topoor. From the students’ constitution can be seen in the test scores, obese students’ physicalquality than the ordinary students generally poor, among them, the most obvious endurancequality.(5) in the junior and senior high school stage, under the influence of theeleven-plus, add their own size no advantage, obese students is significantly better thanordinary student sports study of pressure. In the sports teaching, only a few sports teachersoften according to obesity students’ needs and interests to arrange teaching contents. Manyobese students don’t like the teacher the teaching method, because the teaching method isunitary, rigid. Elementary school and junior high school students to the obesity teacherevaluation content and standard not too satisfactory, the reason is set too high evaluationcriteria, evaluation content boring boring, the teacher is too harsh, evaluation method is notappropriate, etc.(6) obese students’ physical education learning attitude by many factors,such as teachers in the teaching of the methods are simple, the content as dry as a chip,their physical quality is poor, schoolwork burden is heavy, and the side classmates laughirony, etc.
