With the rapid development of social economy and the Internet,the life style and dietary structure of college students are greatly affected,and the obesity rate is obviously raised.The physical damage and psychological stress caused by obesity make these college students miserable,which needs to be solved urgently.Aerobics combined with resistance training can help them lose weight,enhance physique,increase muscle content and shape their bodies,which has a positive effect on college students' fat reduction and shaping.Therefore,this study takes aerobics combined with resistance training as an independent variable to investigate the effect of aerobics combined with resistance training on obese Students' physical fitness and the effect of physical self-esteem,and then hope to find the possible correlation and causality between these changes.This study provided certain theories and methods for obese college students to lose weight,shape body and improve physical self-esteem.The main research methods of this study include experimental method,questionnaire method,literature method,interview method and mathematical statistics method.First,"2014National Physical Health Standard Test Implementation Program " and " Body Self-esteem scale"(PSPP)were used to obtain the physical fitness index and body self-esteem data of obese college students,then the aerobics combined with resistance training program was used to carry out 12-week training for obese college students.The samples were measured again and the post-test data of the above physical fitness index and body self-esteem were obtained.Finally,The comparative analysis of the data of the experimental group and the control group and that before and after experiment explored the effects of aerobics combined with resistance training on physical fitness and body self-esteem of obese college students and the changes of body self-esteem caused by the changes of body fitness.Conclusions:1.Effects of aerobics combined with resistance training on physical fitness: experiments showed that aerobics combined with resistance training had a positive effect on physical fitness,muscle fitness,cardiopulmonary fitness(but less on muscle endurance in muscle fitness and cardiopulmonary endurance in cardiopulmonary fitness),and had a negative effect on flexibility and fitness.2.Effects of aerobics combined with resistance training on body self-esteem: experiments showed that there were gender differences in the effects of aerobics combined with resistance training on each dimension of body self-esteem,which had a positive effect on the five dimensions of body self-esteem of male obese college students.3.Effects of physical fitness changes on the changes of body self-esteem were as follows:the changes of body composition(weight loss value,BMI reduction value),cardiopulmonary fitness value(vital capacity added value),muscle fitness value(grip strength added value,back strength added value)and total self-esteem increase value were positively correlated;weight loss value and back strength added value were causally related with total self-esteem increase value.Recommendations:1.Aerobics combined with resistance training under gymnasium conditions should be a beneficial choice for obese college students to reduce fat and shape their bodies.2.Strengthening back strength is a direct and effective means to improve the self-esteem of college students,obese college students can quickly achieve the goal of shaping by strengthening the training of deltoids muscle,trapezium muscle,and so on.3.It is recommended that colleges and universities offer gym-style aerobic exercises combined with resistance training courses(including related exercise knowledge,scientific training methods,measurement methods,equipment use,etc.)for obese college students to help obese college students lose weight,reduce fat,and plasticize scientifically.Shape,improve physical fitness and self-confidence,and complete college life in a healthy and happy manner.
