The intergroup conflicts brought about by the stratification in the transition period have become a major hidden danger for the development of a harmonious society in China.Whether the intergroups can work together to shape China's great revival is the key issue to realize the Chinese dream. For the current social situation in China, the large-scale rural labor force and population move between urban and rural areas.Migrant workers have become the main constituent group of the floating population, which has a profound impact on China's economic and social stability. In the process of migrant workers' integration into urban life, their identities undergo a gradient change from rural people to fuzzy people to urban people. The impact of group stratification on their intergroup behavior is not only a core research issue that social psychology pays attention to,but also a social issue that needs to be solved urgently in China's rapid development.Exploring the relationship between the identity of migrant workers and inter-group cooperative behavior has important guiding significance for revealing the psychological mechanism of inter-group behavior and formulating strategies to eliminate the difficulty of migrant workers' integration into the city.It has important significance. This study is based on the background of urban and rural population migration. From the perspective of psychology, the identity of migrant workers is used as the starting point of the study.Through the use of questionnaires and experimental measurements, the identity of 877 migrant workers and inter-group cooperation behavior have been measured. The relationship was measured and analyzed. After that, different identities of migrant workers with ambiguous identities were initiated to explore the impact of their identities on intergroup cooperation behavior. The mainconclusions are as follows:(1)There are differences in inter-group cooperation behavior among different types of peasant workers.Rural people identified with the lowest group cooperation behavior, followed by fuzzy people, and urban people identified with the highest group cooperation behavior. In addition, the level of inter-group cooperation behavior of rural people is significantly lower than those of urban people and people with fuzzy people. It shows that as the identity of migrant workers evolved from rural people to vague people to urban people(Zhang Shuhua,2017),their cooperative behavior towards urban people has shown an upward trend, and their behavior has the characteristics of "inner group preferences and outer group exclusion".(2)Under different circumstances, there are differences in the identity of migrant workers with vague identification. That is,when the identity of rural people is activated, the number of migrant workers with ambiguous identification to rural people is higher than the number of urban people;and when the urban people are activated, the number of migrant workers with ambiguous identification is higher than that of urban people.Number of people in rural areas.(3)In the context of different identity initiation situations, the behavior of interpersonal co-operation among citizens is also changed. That is to say,the behavior of inter-group cooperation between the people who are initiated as rural people is lower than those who are initiated as urban people.Their specific characteristics of inter-group cooperation are: in the context of rural people's activation, the inter-group cooperation behavior of rural people is the lowest;in the context of urban people's activation, the inter-group cooperation behavior of urban people is the highest. It shows that under different start-up scenarios,as the identity of migrant workers has evolved from rural people to fuzzy people to urban people(Zhang Shu hua,2017),their cooperative behavior towards citizens has shown an upward trend as a whole, and intergroup behavior has shown "inner group preference,Outgroup exclusion".
