The present study took the new generation of migrant workers as research object.From a psychological perspective, combining the method of IAT and questionnaires,From the implicit and explicit identity on the consistency of the relationship to exploreidentity characteristics and self-esteem characteristics of the new generation of migrantworkers. Discussing explicit self-esteem and implicit self-esteem development systembetween different identity groups. In this study, the main conclusions are as follows:1.According to the implicit and explicit cognitive results of new generationmigrant workers can be divided into four types: namely identity themselves as citypeople on implicit and also identify themselves as city people on explici(tfor short: CC);identity themselves as rural people on implicit and also identity themselves as ruralpeople on explicit(for short: NN);identity themselves as city people on implicit butidentity rural people on explicit(for short: CN); identity themselves as rural people onimplicit but identity city people on explicit(for short: NC). Meanwhile, there aresignificant differences in the education level and wage algebraic dimension. Thenumber of new generation of migrant workers whose identity of implicit is consistentwith explicit in junior high school and college degree higher than high school group.The people whose migrant from I than from father have more consistent identity.2.The new generation of migrant workers explicit self-esteem significantdifference in the education level, Junior high and high school performance significantlyhigher than those for college education. implicit self-esteem significant differences inmarital status. Performance for married was significantly higher than the unmarried.3. Explicit self-esteem in different identity type showed a significant difference,the CC significantly higher than the NN and CN;the NN significantly higher than CN;NC significantly higher than the NN and CN; The group of identity the city on explicit(including CC and NC) explicit self-esteem was significantly higher than the group ofidentity the village on explicit (including the CN and NN).4. Implicit self-esteem showed a significant difference between identity type. CCsignificantly higher than CN;NN significantly higher than CN and NC;NC significantlyhigher than CN; The group of consensus identity (NN and CC) implicit self-esteem wassignificantly higher than the group of the inconsistent identity (NC and CN); The groupof identity the village on implicit (including NN and NC) implicit self-esteem was significantly higher than the group of identity the city on implicit (including the CN andCC).5.The Implicit self-esteem effect is remarkable in new generation of migrantworkers. Implicit self-esteem and explicit self-esteem was not significant weakcorrelation.
