In today’s world, competition in overall national strength is becoming increasinglyfierce, and the comprehensive national strength competition success ultimately depends onscience and technology and talents, therefore, all countries based on the requirement oftalents more and more high, the classroom teaching reform. In our country in line with"pay attention to every student development" concept, to cultivate students’ innovationability and sustainable development ability classroom reform, from the traditional "type ofclassroom teaching mode gradually transition to independent cooperative inquiry-basedclassroom teaching mode. This research through to the XX school implementation ofvoluntary cooperation to explore the case study of classroom teaching mode, in the processof implementation of autonomous cooperative inquiry-based classroom teaching mode theproblems in-depth exploration.This paper mainly consists of four parts:The first part: introduction. Mainly includes the problem puts forward; Researchpurpose and research methods; The research status at home and abroad.The second part: through the questionnaire and the interview analysis in the form ofautonomous cooperation exploring type teaching mode, in the case of classroom teachingin the practical application, points out the implementation of autonomous cooperativeinquiry-based classroom teaching mode, the problems of mainly has: one, teachers’problems include:1, teachers to explore the problems of design;2, control the classroomteachers ability to cause "inquiry form, implementation, process, no effect";3, teacherscan’t correctly handle the relationship between presupposition and generation;4,unreasonable teachers arrange tasks to students to master knowledge imbalance;5,"theteacher to the student cooperative inquiry learning evaluation is not timely, not accurateand does not reach the designated position". Second, students’ problems include:1, thestudents don’t pay attention to the cultivation of autonomous learning ability, make biglimit the effectiveness of cooperative inquiry learning;2, in the process of autonomous cooperation inquiry learning, there are some students take a "free ride" phenomenon;3,autonomous cooperation inquiry form is easy to become a "hotbed" students violatediscipline.The third part: analysis the reasons of these problems: a, teacher reasons include:1,teachers’ teaching ideas;2, teachers’ quality needs to improve;3, control ability and skillsto improve classroom teachers;4, the college entrance examination oriented and theinfluence of exam-oriented education deeply. Second, students’ reasons include:1, theinfluence of the old learning methods and learning habits;2, the students’ autonomouslearning ability needs to improve;3, the students’ cooperation consciousness and ability toexplore general is not strong.According to the difficulties and problems encountered in the implementation processis put forward solving strategies: one, follow the principle of "life"; Second, teachersshould adopt strategy includes:1, the teacher must change concept, persist in the conceptof "promote the development of every student";2, the teacher wants to improve theirquality of keeping pace with The Times, to raise their ability to control the classroom;3,the teacher wants to make classroom teaching practice;4, the teachers should fully play itsleading role;5, the teacher must according to actual circumstances, establish scientificevaluation mechanism of students. Third, students should take countermeasures include:1.Students to truly become themselves as the main body of classroom teaching;2, studentsmust be good at the value of the happy experience in classroom participation, cooperationand the joy of success;3, understand the teacher, the teacher love.Hope that through this article analysis to front-line teachers to implement autonomouscooperative inquiry-based classroom teaching mode, improve the classroom teaching,improve the quality and effect of classroom teaching high school provide certain reference.
