Along with the new teaching standard,its main concept is to advocate researching study andusing different measuring method for each teaching method.therefore,how to appraise students’researching study ability becomes a new subject thatall teachers are facing.That’s the reason whythe paper chooses this subject to do research effective teaching.After the reference of lots of materials,the paper clarifies the necessity and urgency of how toeffectively appraise students’ researching study of high school Biology,according to theresearch of11high school’s new teaching method carrying out status in Jinan.Through theanalysis on specific teaching cases,the entire process is divided into preparationprocess,implementation process and summarization process,and the utilization methods of theperformance assessment tools are also discussed.The paper discusses the feasibility ofperformance assessment in researching program from both theory and practice and givessuggestion on the problems which may happen in actual teaching environment for the referenceof teachers.
