With the advent of the information age, the network has produced a significant influence on our learning, life and our work. Especially for the post-90s college students, the network holds an irreplaceable position in their daily life, and has the most directly influence on their knowledge acquisition and personality mold produce, how to effectively carry out the deological and political education according to post-90s college students has been become paid close attention to by the ideological and political education workers.This article mainly research about the post-90s college students’ ideological and political education mode in the network environment, focused on the network, post-90s college students, education mode this three key words. First, propose the question:in the information highly developed times, what kind of challenge will be taken to ideological and political education for the emergence of the network? Compared with post-90s, what are the characteristics of the mainstream group, the current college students group? how to keep pace with the times requirements in the emergence of the network and post-90s of these characteristics for the ideological and political education? Then, combined with the network under the environment of ideological and political education theory foundation (social existence and social consciousness of the dialectical relationship between principle and instill theory, human essence theory, etc.), puts forward the methods to solve the problems, to construct the post-90s college students’ ideological and political education pattern.Based on this thinking, first of all, the first chapter discusses the influence of the appearance of network at the same time of the positive role. According to the communication theory, a basic communication process to have five basic elements: disseminator, the disseminators, information, media and feedback. For ideological and political education which communication is the main way, based on the network to the ideological and political education, this article analysis in the influence of the above may also constitute namely:educators, educatee (students), education content, education environment, education method, etc. Negative effect of ideological and political education is also the challenge of the ideological and political education. Finding methods to meet with the challenge provides a path to developing new ideological and political education under the network environment for college students. The second chapter conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis of the distinction of post-80s and post-90s college students in thinking, behavior, participating in the network mode under the network environment. The third chapter analysis the post-90s college students’ thoughts, behavior, psychological characteristics under the network environment, from the network and the thought characteristic of post-90s college students, this paper put forward a new question the ideological and political education faced with. Analysis of the ways to solve new problems, provides reference for the construction of post-90s college students’ ideological and political education mode. The fourth chapter is the theoretical basis of college students’ideological and political education under the network environment.we can know more clearly the necessity of current college students’ideological and political education, also we can take a more positive attitude, more powerful way to deal with problems emerging in the work. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, by analyzing the problems, combined with the current realities, put forward the ideological and political education model under the network environment. The last chapter by way of questionnaire survey of the build model, use shandong university post-90s college students’evaluation as an example, to establish the pattern of business student survey, then work according to the student evaluation results, in that way. students are easier to accept, which also improve the actual effect of ideological and political education.
