Problems And Research Of Resource Allocation In China's Higher Education

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, China's higher education has made great development, higher education in social development by the enormous productivity has been more and more attention, with the development of market economy, along with the increasingly enlargement of the scale of higher education, on Higher Education in China, the history of ideology, investment structure,in the process of the development and changes of the allocation of educational resources, higher education in China made remarkable achievements. But the allocation of higher education resources in many contradictions and problems gradually revealed: insufficient total investment in the allocation of resources for higher education, the higher education resources distribution, unreasonable structure of higher education resources, higher education resources use efficiency is not high, and so on.The allocation of higher education resources affect the healthy development of higher education, hindered the education pattern of balance, and even affect the balance of other social systems, so find a line with the current situation of higher education resource allocation is necessary and meaningful task. This paper analyzes the higher education resource allocation problems. From the government, the market,the three from the perspective of University analysis of the nature of the problem, in our country, the government is mainly responsible for the management of higher education, with the development of socialist market economy and mature market in higher education, how to optimize the configuration of the external environment, and constantly improve the mechanism construction of colleges and universities in higher education allocation, this paper puts forward some optimization suggestion, in order topromote the Chinese higher education resources to achieve the optimal allocation,promote the sustainable development of university health.This paper first theoretically explains the connotation of higher education resources and related features, based on the definition of the connotation of higher education resources allocation, the main theoretical basis of using the allocation of higher education resources, and combined with the main achievements of history of higher education resources in China, research on the reform of higher education resource allocation, and starting from the the actual situation of China's higher education, in-depth analysis of the existing allocation of higher education resources in our country and analyzes the reasons for these problems from three aspects, and from the government, the market and the angle of the optimization of resource allocation in higher education policy recommendations, in order to promote China's higher education into a a new era.
