Motor skill learning has always been a major subject of high attention in the fieldof sports teaching and sports training. In the process of learning motor skill, informationfeedback always plays an important role, and is considered to be the key variables of thegreatest impact on motor skill learning, except for the amount of exercise. Feedback iswidely used in sports teaching and training, and sports skill learning process cannotleave the information feedback. This article firstly summarizes feedback on the impactmechanism of motor skill learning, emphasizes the difference of the social feedback andthe self feedback and different effects of two kinds of feedback in the process of motorskill learning with the method of literature material. Then the article compares andanalyzes the influence on throwing scores of two kinds of feedback through the teachingexperiment of darts on elementary school students. From the differences of throwingscore of experimental groups, the article analyzes the role of two types of feedback toenhance throwing darts skill. Considering what kind of feedback ways is moreadvantageous to the motor skill learning, and which combination is more beneficial tomotor skill learning, we get experimental results as follows:(1) The self-feedback way is better than social feedback on the teaching effectfrom the final grade.(2) From the four weeks achievement changes, comprehensive use of two kinds offeedback is beneficial to the motor skills learning.(3) Two types of feedback influence on boys and girls are different. The article analyzes the cause of the results from different points, and puts forwardto reduce the excessive social feedback, and increase the self-feedback applications insports teaching and sports training. In the view of the information processing, thehuman brain activity can be regarded as a process of information processing, and learning of the motor skills is also a kind of information (motor skill) processing aboutinput, transformation, processing analysis, storage and extraction. During thefrequently providing social feedback, identifying and correcting errors, disturbing is themore important process for conservation, including information coding, storage andextraction (such as solving problem), interfere with learner is another importantinternal and external information processing, with the increase of exercise times thelearner will increasingly dependent on social feedback, learners may ignore importantinformation feedback, individual subjective error-detection capabilities is difficult toform. For the complex tasks of motor skill learning, in order to cultivate independence, enthusiasm, creativity of students’ learning and improve the efficiency of learning, itshould reduce the social feedback and leave space for students to process, think andinternalize. The experimental results not only provide certain references for sports teachingand training in sports skill learning for the elementary school, and also promote tocultivate pupils autonomous learning and thinking independently. The results are morecorresponding to the basic concept of physical education and health curriculumstandards that centering on the students’ development, valuing the dominant position ofstudents, focusing on individual differences and different needs and causing each andevery student to profit. Thus the experimental results have certain values. Theexperiment is about throwing darts simple motor skills learning experiment, andwhether the results can be applied to other more complex motor skills needs furtherexamination in future research. The object of this experiment is primary students andwhether the results of this experiment can be used for higher grade students is needmore follow-up study to further confirm.
