So that it can stable teachers, arouse teachers’ working enthusiasm and inspire their creativity.This paper first comprehensive analysis of local comprehensive university teachers’ performance wage assessment system of the present situation of the research and wage examination system reform the research of the current situation, experience the investigation, theoretical analysis, looking for dimension, preparation, issue, recovery, investigation and analysis of the questionnaire, get local comprehensive university teachers performance wage assessment system existing problems, and then through the open questionnaire and interview to understand the reason, finally the already know the reason, use modern wage theory, income distribution theory, behavior motivation theory and incentive theory combined with the characteristics of the local comprehensive university itself for the deep comprehensive analysis.Through the literature research, and defines the performance, performance salary, performance wage system, performance evaluation and salary core concept, carding and reviews the local comprehensive university teachers in our country the performance wage system reform history, understand that as an important part of the institution, the local comprehensive university teachers’ performance wage assessment system also along with the country the institution wage reform and continuous development.
