With the deepening of economic globalization, the rapid development of the Internet and the influence of the lifelong education idea, distance education emerged and developed very fast. Based on the modern high-tech development, the distance education provides us with the interactive mode at any time, any place and any curriculum. At the same time, it is also realize the ideal teaching model that there is interaction between teachers and students, students and students. At present, the distance education scale is continually expanding, there still exist many difficulties and problems on the quality of distance education interaction in our country at the present stage, therefore, it is important to analyze why these problems appear and find out the solution to solve the problem.This paper introduces the research background, purpose and significance, and defines the related concepts of distance education interaction for us, and then it analyzes the theoretical study of the quality of distance education interaction in detail. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper takes the distance education school of Z University as an example, and introduce the overview of Z College of Distance Education and distance learning support platform, then through conducting a questionnaire survey on the students of Z University Distance Education and interviews with teachers and guidance teachers, the author explored the quality of the interaction of Z University Distance Education interaction. The research found out the quality of distance education interaction problems refers to many factors such as the frequency and time the students participated; learning effects; teacher-student interaction, interaction between students and educational resources; distance education management.The quality of distance education interaction problems, including many aspects that is mainly from the perspective of students, teachers and remote education management. The reasons for students include engineering prominent contradictions, lack of learning time and learning environment; lack of interaction enthusiasm; poor learning ability of students; students who have different ages can not accept the knowledge and platform operating; the use of resources is not sufficient. Teachers reasons include teaching stress, less time interaction; teachers are not enthusiastic interaction; guidance teachers on their own responsibilities is not clear; teaching resources reasons include courseware is old, and is not suitable to the learning needs of the students. Distance education management reasons include the management system is too lenient; learning support service system is not perfect; evaluate the teacher-student interaction incentive mechanism is not perfect.In order to improve the quality of the interaction of distance education, it must start from the students, teachers and distance education management aspects. Students should reasonable contradiction in engineering, and increase learning and interaction time; correct attitude towards learning, establish the concept of lifelong learning; enhance the self-learning ability and computer operation; take the initiative to strengthen the emotional interaction with other students. Teachers should stimulate students’ motivation to learn and mobilize the enthusiasm of students; design the teaching resources according to the student’s age and professional characteristics of; create a good atmosphere for learning, strengthen the emotional interaction between students; establish cooperation learning mode and promote students to participate in the interaction. Distance education management department should clear the counseling time of the teachers and guidance teachers; clear guidance teachers’ role; strengthen the management of distance education, ensure the effective use of teaching resources; improve the learning support service system to promote student learning; improve the incentive and evaluation mechanisms, enhance the active participation of teachers and students; besides, the teachers should play the role in the management of distance education.
