Curriculum leadership as a specific field in educational research, its exploration and development should not only contain these problems which are specific, material, dominant and technical issues, but also contain abstract, conscious and closet issues. These abstract, conscious and closet issues are the ethical and cultural issues throughout the process of curriculum leadership’s ethics covertly. Ethics of curriculum leadership are special code of conduct and value ideas in specific curriculum reform activities, it has its own unique value significance and scope. As good deeds norms of human nature, on the one hand, the ethical norm system of curriculum leadership is the spiritual basis of the curriculum reform activities, it is to guide and regulate the process of curriculum reform activities in a variety of relationships. On the other hand, it is in the premise and basis of the respect for different cultural traditions and individual ethical value differences, promoting various value theory development subjectivity and consciously, and trying to achieve a variety of values’ exchange and common progress.As good deeds norms of human nature in specific curriculum reform activities, the ethics of curriculum leadership is workable by its code of ethics covertly, in other words, the practice process of curriculum leadership is the process of specific implementation of its code. Therefore, the introduction part of this paper describes the background of curriculum leadership’s ethics firstly, after that, on the basis of sort out and analyze the relevant literature, paper clarify the necessity and importance of the study of curriculum leadership’s ethics, and establish ideas and methods of this study. As invisible, mandatory and common spiritual contract among specific groups in educational reform activities, ethics of curriculum leadership has rich connotative form and particular principle. Therefore, the first part of this study elaborates the basic meaning of the ethics of curriculum leadership; contain connotation, characteristics and principles etc. These basic meaning not only contains the norms of society on the macroscopic level, specific research areas of microscopic areas and philosophical specific research areas specially etc. To explore the nature of these problems, the paper further clarify and discriminates the reality of the existence and the process of development of the curriculum leadership’s ethics, reflect the ethics of curriculum leadership shows the specific manifestations in the course of its operation, and regulate and guide curriculum practice finally.After clear ethics exist of the ethics of curriculum leadership, the second and third part of this thesis discusses manifestation of the ethics of curriculum leadership and dimension in real terms. First, the ethics of curriculum leadership throughout the curriculum leadership and guide its all aspects, the value of its significance not only are related to the development of the entire curriculum leadership, but also are closely linked two important subjects in the curriculum leadership-teachers’ development and student development, accordingly, the value of curriculum leadership’s ethics exists in three courses specifically:development of curriculum leadership development, professional development of teachers and students’ development. Then, the value of curriculum leadership’s ethics play a role in the different operation system, extension and development of the ethical dimension, including the curriculum operation by the ethics of social relations, the behavior norm by curriculum leadership practice and professional conscious by ethics of curriculum leadership. Sorting out the types and forms of curriculum leadership’s ethics from the level of ideology, practices and institution is to clarify diverse forms and the relationships of host-guest role among ethics of curriculum leadership.The development is changing process with conflicts, because of many factors, there are diverse conflicts among ethics of curriculum leadership, and these conflicts hinder and limit the development of curriculum leadership and perfect of its ethical norms. The fourth part of the paper from the smooth implementation of curriculum leadership to analyzes these conflicts and proposes resolutions and strategies. Firstly, the article defines the form of ethical conflicts, these value conflicts contain both historic and external, also contain noumenon and individuals what are exist in subject of curriculum leadership’s ethics, and the conflicts of internal elements what are exist in moral structure, then, the paper argues that these means should be carried out to resolve conflict:to shaping community of the humane care orientation, to adjusting cultural conflict of ethical value, and to achieving the consciously of the ethical system. Then, the realization of ethics of curriculum leadership should be from the following aspects to seek the basic scale and direction of curriculum leadership, standard the curriculum reform behavior in order to make sure the quality of curriculum leadership, such as the regression and remodeling of its ethical virtue, the identity and practice of ethical behavior, the construction and innovation of ethical system.
