Since ancient times,both the social role of education and the role of education inpeople have been mentioned again and again.Today,the role of education in social development and human development is obvious,and teachers who are the leaders of education and teaching activities play an extremely important role in the development of society and people.However,with the progress and development of society,as well as the immersion of Western thoughts,and the lack of selection of teachers,some teachers have appeared behaviors and ideas that violate the morality of teachers.For the healthy development of society and people,the cultivation of teachers' morality is particularly important.This article attempts to stand on the shoulders of predecessors,analyze and reflect on the current morality of the primary and secondary school teachers,and on this basis,put forward the methods of developing the morality of primary and secondary school teachers,with a view to promoting the morality of primary and secondary school teachers' level of improvement.This paper first defines the morality of teachers from the aspects of the connotation,history and constituent elements of virtue.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers and the current social reality,the author analyzes the virtue problems of the primary and secondary school teachers.Then,from the philosophical,social,cultural,institutional and personal levels,the author analyzes the causes of teachers' moral problems,and proposes the corresponding methods for teachers' moral development.
