Research On The Problem Of Preschool Education Administration System In County

Preschool education is an important part of basic education, which plays a strategic significance in promoting the harmonious development of pre-school children and improving national quality. Preschool education administrative system, guiding, organizing, supervising and guarding the development of pre-school education, is a key factor for the healthy, sustainable development of preschool education. At present, some highlighted problems of it has restricted the further development of the shackles of preschool education.This study surveyed Chongqing with "big city, big rural" characteristics and selected Yubei District, Qianjiang district and Yunyang County as research, using the method of questionnaire, interview method and literature method, to try to objectively and deeply discover the current preschool education administrative system problems. This study found that:for the one hand,the regional preschool education administrative system mainly has following problems:the value concept of preschool education administrative is not clear; divided government responsibility right is not clear; the setting and management of preschool education management mechanism is not perfect; the degree of specialization of preschool education administrative personnel is not high. For the another hand, factors influencing the current operation of the preschool education administrative system mainly have:the influence of our system environment; the unclear preschool education policy provisions and lack of protection of fundamental law:the weakness of preschool education, public welfare and government responsibility: the backward preschool education administration management.Therefore, this paper tries to put forward to improve the county education administrative system recommendations:firstly, it needs to figure out the division of county government duties and rights and optimize the actual responsibility of the Government;secondly, it should define the basic policy of preschool education regulations, and promote administration according to the law; thirdly, it needs to perfect the supervision system of preschool education and give full play to the supervisory role of industry organization; finally, it has to strengthen the regular training of the preschool education administrative cadres and so on.
