With the formulation and implementation of three—level curriculum management system, According to the characteristics of the region, all kinds of school began to try and explore the school-based curriculum, and made brilliant achievements. Especially these practice of the key Middle Schools in coastal areas, Such as Shanghai Datong Middle School, Nanjing Normal University Middle School Xishan Senior Middle School, and so on.But in the Mainland, Especially in the western areas, Under the guidance of three—level curriculum management system, many schools try to develop school-based courses, but the result was unsatisfactory.In this paper,taking Primary and secondary schools of the Southeast Areas fits investigation objects, these methods of Literature, interviews. content analysis and observation are used for Analyzing the achievements and shortcomings of the local culture in primary and secondary schools in southeastern part of school-based curriculum development, And based on the actual situation of the ethnic minority areas in the southeast of Chongqing, Proposed some countermeasures which suited for the local culture of the region about the based curriculum development, In order to provide realistic reference about the School-based curriculum development for the local culture in southeastern part of Chongqing.Seven parts consist of this thesis:The first part is the preface. From the perspective of the practical needs about the local culture school-based curriculum between basic education curriculum reform and three—level curriculum management system, the paper asked the research questions of this article, and introduce some research about local culture-based curriculum, and the research ideas, methods, and value.The second part, from the perspective of the school-based curriculum and local cultural heritage, the paper summed up the value of the school-based curriculum development in southeastern part of local culture is mainly manifested in the course value, cultural value and human values three main areas.The third part, the paper taking several primary and secondary schools of the southeast areas fits investigation objects, these methods of Literature, interviews, content analysis and observation are used for understanding of the status quo school-based curriculum development in southeastern part of local culture in primary and secondary schools, and analyzing the achievements and shortcomings it in terms of curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.The forth part, according to the problems in curriculum design on school-based curriculum for Local culture of the southeast of Chongqing, the paper from the courses target setting and the course content selection and organization two major aspects proposed some strategy.The fifth part, according to the problems in curriculum implement on school-based curriculum for Local culture of the southeast of Chongqing, the paper from three major aspects proposed strategy about the implementation of the local school-based curriculum in southeast Chongqing:(1) Insist on mutual adjustment, curriculum creation Curriculum implementation;(2) Take a variety of teaching methods such as teamwork, role-playing, the issues explored visit experience, multimedia-assisted bilingual teaching and so on;(3) Fight for financial, teachers, students, parents and other multi-faceted support.The sixth part, according to the problems in curriculum evaluation on school-based curriculum for Local culture of the southeast of Chongqing, the paper proposed the evaluation of local culture-based curriculum should adhere to the diversification of evaluation object, evaluation, and evaluation method, the paper also pointed out that should focus on the purpose of evaluation guide, diagnosis, incentives and improved features.The seven part is conclusion.
