Employment is very important and it can offer a development platform for a person and also make a living for him. While employment is also the foundation of social stability, if everyone has no work to do, lots of social problems are coming following. At present, the employment of college students and rural labors has become a big problem in our society under the effect of the global economic crisis, the long-term export-oriented labor-oriented industry structure and the college expansion. After the expansion of universities, the "butterfly effect" increasingly prominent, students and the employment of migrant workers become the people-livelihood's focus and difficulty.The study bases on the realistic problems of hundreds of millions of migrant workers return home and the annual unemployment hundreds of thousands of migrant workers the natural flowing of new social problems appeared in Chongqing at the end of 2008. The author thought a lot about these problems and believes the municipal government's strategy of improving people's living standard and raising employment are surly useful in a short time by annually investing almost RMB100 million Yuan on the training of rural workers, but in the long run, this can only be a kind of gulping behavior of short-acting self-deceiving. After all, the Government has not found the root of these problems and did not solve them by the causation of rural workers are lack of employment skills. Maybe we can ask rural schools'help. The nine-year compulsory education has been carried out for many years in Chongqing and most of new added rural migrant workers are graduated from rural middle schools. The three years middle school life is very important which concerns whether he or she would become a rural migrant worker. The objects of this paper are the rural middle schools around the county of Chongqing's southeast, and the author uses the method of literature, questionnaires and interview to survey these four middle schools'training mode by due sampling in the cities of Tonggu, Xiaoba, Banxi and Tu. It will offer a presenting in all-around way and analysis for the middle schools'current training mode in the counties around the Chongqing southeast.The paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, the main reason of the topics, object, contents, purpose, significance, methods and thinking of the study and meanwhile the author will state the relevant concepts. The second chapter is the foundation of the study. The author starts mainly from rural co-educational segregation as well as the theory of career development for the county surrounding areas in Southeast Junior Training Mode policy whose reform has laid a theoretical foundation. The third chapter is the historical review, and this chapter is divided into three stages which are the beginning of our republic, the Cultural Revolution and until now. It has a summary respectively for the three stages from the macroscopic training objectives, mid-point training contents and microscopic training process and methods in the training mode of the middle school students. The forth chapter is the status and problems of the training mode. The author mainly uses the methods of surveys and interviews for current middle school students around Chongqing Southeast Counties by sampling. The initial judgment and analysis will also exist in this part. The fifth chapter is relevant analysis. In this part the author will do a deep research on relevant factors of school training node from government policies, sponsoring concept, school operation conditions and market demand. It will supply some theory direction for the following problem of how to choose the training mode. The sixth chapter is the further study. The author will integrate the local practice and try to offer some useful advice in the aim, progress and ways of the training. It will give the reader a systems building for the rural middle school students training mode around Chongqing southeast counties. The last chapter is the conclusion and suggestion. In this part the author give four pieces of advice for the improvement and reform of rural middle school students training mode around Chongqing southeast counties.
