Health is the basis of life activities and the work. As the elementary and secondary school teacher who are the basis of education front, they have the responsibility of teaching for the society to cultivate the various talents. In the progress of society, the play the important roles and their health of course is the most important to the education. however, the special group teachers for its health, is not optimistic. Meanwhile primary and secondary school teachers from work and life undertakes to alleviate the pressure, the pressure of this group appears very important. Therefore, paying attention to the chongqing's southeast minority areas of primary and secondary school teachers to improve sports behavior, primary and middle school teachers' physical and mental health level, stimulative school education reform and development, management and harmonious society is of great significance.The paper used the documentation, questionnaire survey, probability method and so on to Chongqing Southeast regions inhabited by ethnic group teachers influence factors were studied. Aimed at ethnic minority areas in chongqing's Southeast reveal at this stage of the physical behavior characteristics of teachers and its influence factors, and improve the feasibility of proposed physical behavior. The results show that:Sports for the hidden behavior performance that:function in sports are more concerned about understanding the nature and entertainment features, and more lack of understanding of the social function; Appear in the overall emotional experience appears high in the middle of the trend of low-two; Recognition of values in sport more emphasis on'fitness' entertainment value, but on the political, economic value of low identity; The choice of motivation in the first row of physical fitness, emotional regulation to ease the pressure in second place, this is due to the result of social pressure from various.Sports for the dominant behavior performance that:chongqing's Southeast minority teachers account for a lower proportion of sports 16.1%. Frequency of participation in sports in the main medium; duration of most of the population can meet the requirements of the standard sports; overall selection frequency, intensity, duration, have this much randomness. In sports, the choice of places to spend money and not drawn to the nearest major consideration conditions for the sport; form of performance of the groups in the main form of physical exercise, training organizations, supplemented by administrative means, most teachers more willing to together with friends and colleagues of physical exercise; on consumer behavior in the overall sports concept of weak consumption, low levels of consumption, consumption structure and consumption in kind based, non-material consumption, supplemented by the phenomenon. Feature in the sports information is not on the show attention, mainly through television or the sports information network sources. At the same time in the dominant features on a variety of physical behavior has significant gender differences.Factors:this study used the R-factor analysis to identify areas of chongqing's Southeast minority participation in physical behavior of teachers the 6 main factors:sports human environments, sports facilities, sports attitude, physical culture, economic factors, policy factors, human environments in which sports services in the two major factors influencing factors ranked in fist or second rank.
