The ultimate concern of the school education is to educating people.The curriculum standards and syllabus documents specific to articulate and guide the practice of educating people. For the Chinese education,from the reform and opening up30years is a need both back reflection and prospective exploration to find the foundations seek the development.In this process.fhe curriculum documents as the guidance of primary Chinese teaching after a frequent replacement.which deserve a deep thinking.Cultivate and improve the students’Chinese ability is the ought mission of Chinese teaching.Primary Chinese education to train students what kind of Chinese ability and the ability to achieve what goals must be the core of the primary Chinese curriculum documents.To this end, use the methods of literature, content analysis and historical research,modeled on the reform and opening up30years of primary school Chinese curriculum documents,from this separate out relevant statements of ability goals,in order to cherish the Chinese curriculum documents and improve the Chinese ability find the history of gene.The thesis is divided into three parts:introduction, main body, conclusion and reflection.The introduction part analyses the feasibility and significance of primary Chinese ability goal’s development through primary Chinese curriculum documents. Besides, we make clear this research’s origin and orientation through the related literature review.The part of main body include five parts:Firstly, we analyse connotation of Chinese curriculum documents from macro view and points out its three major characteristics:programmatic, guidance and regulation; Secondly, we outline the history of parmiry Chinese curriculum documents, and devide evolution history into several phases; Thirdly, we make a concrete analysis of the evolution of primary Chinese ability’s goal since the reform and open up policy, which include vocabulary, reading, writing and oral communication. Fourthly, we analyse the evolution’s resaon of primary Chinese ability’s goal from its inner the external dimensions; Fifthly, we discuss the significance the Chinese curriculum documents’development and Chinese education development from history view and ability view.The part of conclusion and reflection is based on comprehensive and systematic summary and further and careful consideration of this study,we point out that evolving Chinese curriculum documents frequently is not good for the development of Chinese education.Besides,Chinese ability goals’setting and expression in curriculum document are needed further explore.In a word, Chinese subject should continue to mature in accordance with its self-development logic.
