Early childhood is an important step in the development of the people,partner relationship in young children’s development and sociala daptationplays an important role, for young children’s moral concept, way thinking andpersonality traits would have a significant impact. But, at present thechildren’s partners at present situation is not optimistic, at this stage in ourcountry children are mostly only children, parents and grandparents all love athome, and as the housing unit structure increases, the effect of lead to most ofthe children’s lack of peer exchanges, so that the children in the kindergartenhas a lot of problems with the process of partner, in addition, some adverseenvironmental impact on the society, children’s peer interaction problem ismore urgent. In modern society emphasized not only is a person’s ability,more important is the wisdom of the collective cooperation,"cooperation" isvery important for children’s all-round development of individuals. In thefuture society, only to be able to cooperate with others, to get the survival anddevelopment space. Therefore, cultivate children’s friendly cooperativebehavior is crucial. This study is based on such understanding, kindergarten inpingdingshan area partners at present situation and countermeasure research.In this paper, by adopting the methods of literature method, observationmethod, questionnaire method, on the basis of relevant research at home andabroad for reference, in order to find a good partner of countermeasures, theauthor investigate the status quo of the preschool peer cooperation inpingdingshan, and puts forward the existing problems and cause analysis. Thethree kindergarten in pingdingshan area, pingdingshan kindergarten studies,seven children and pingdingshan coal leveling group gold sun kindergartenfor5months of field observation, and through to the three kindergarten a totalof200preschool teachers and parents indirect way such as the questionnairesurvey to understand the present situation of the preschool peer cooperation,found problems in the children’s peer cooperation into three: first isself-centered; second is withdrawn and doesn’t fit in with the; third isaggressive behavior is obvious. And reason analysis, found that the main factors of impact on children’s peer cooperation are: children’s psychologicaldevelopment degree, family, childcare facilities, and social aspects. And thebad aspects of development and cause children’s cooperation in differentdegrees in the formation of the outstanding problems, and puts forward eightcountermeasures accordingly: first is to form a secure attachment relationship;Second is to strengthen exchanges in cooperative game; Third is to encourageyoung children’s communicative behavior; fourth is an example using trainingcooperation consciousness; fifth is importance to verbal communicationability; Sixth is to increase exchanges of empathy training; Seventh is homecooperation consistent education; Eighth is to strengthen related coursesinfiltration.
