In the process of children's interaction with people,apart from the relationship between parents and children,the most intimate relationship with children is their relationship with their partners.With the growing age of children,the interaction between peers is becoming more and more prominent and plays an important role in the future of children.Students who have problems in peer interaction are not only affected by their own learning and life,but also in the future.According to the statistical analysis of the relationship between the senior grade peer,there are many problems,and the family and the school should discuss the coping strategies to solve the problem.By means of interview and questionnaire,this study makes a thorough study of the peer relationship of the new school or the senior grade of primary school,and finds out the characteristics of the peer relationship of the senior primary school students,and finds out the negative phenomena in their companionship.For example,the lack of a correct sense of peer interaction;less time to get along with their peers;how the parents do not understand how their children get along with others;and the teachers' neglect of the training of the students' companion skills.On the basis of the analysis of the reasons,from the four dimensions of individual,family,school and school communication,this paper puts forward the improvement scheme that can effectively promote the relationship between children and playmates,and helps students to fully and truly understand themselves and shape a good personal image;play the role of exemplary Education and create ten for children.We should divide the healthy social exchange stage,strengthen the interaction and interaction among children,do well in home school collaboration,and work together to create healthy communication activities.The main conclusions of this study include:(1)peer relations among primary school students are very good,but there are still some children who have bad communication.(2)the factors that affect children's peer relationship are multifaceted.Comprehensive analysis requires children to fully and truly understand themselves,to show their own personal charm,to shape a good personal image,and to establish an excellent teaching formula for teachers and parents to play an exemplary role as an adult.Children create a healthy exchange platform,strengthen their communication,work hard to cooperate with parents and schools,work together,build better communication environment for children and promote the healthy development of children's peer relationship.
