The Development Of Higher Vocational Education And Countermeasure Research

In recent years， The Party Central Committee and The State Council attachgreat importance to the higher vocational education，it has become animportant part of higher education, and it also makes a great contribution toeconomic construction and social development. However, there was manyproblems which restricted the development of higher vocational education atthe same time as its rapid development. This paper, mainly in WuhaiVocational and Technical College as a case, studied of the current situation inthe development of higher vocational education and explored the currentdevelopment of higher vocational education in-depth by combining with thetheory of higher vocational education and using the method of literatureresearch, interview and questionnaire survey etc. It also summed up theachievements, experience and further scientific analysis of the existingproblems from the aspects of the training mode reform, the professionalconstruction, the curriculum construction, the talent team construction, theuniversity culture construction, the reform of the management system,practice conditions construction, social service ability, enrollment andemployment, and put forward some countermeasures and ideas for thedevelopment of higher vocational education. The final conclusion provides abasis for the development and reform of Wuhai Vocational and Technical College, on the other hand, provides reference for further development ofhigher vocational education.
