It is the aim of vocational education to cultivate skilled and applied talents to adapt to the rapid development of society.How to promote the modernization of education and improve the quality level through education informatization is the key issue of vocational education reform.The informationization of Vocational Education in Jiangsu is in the forefront of the whole country.This paper investigates the current situation of the informationization of Vocational Education in Jiangsu,summarizes experience,reveals problems and puts forward countermeasures.It has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of educational informatization in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges,and has a strong enlightenment for the national vocational education.This study combs and analyzes the background of the development of vocational education informatization,interprets the connotation of related concepts,and determines the research framework through the study of the development experience of vocational education informatization at home and abroad.Focusing on the current situation and existing problems of educational informatization development in Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province,89 vocational colleges were investigated and studied.The data were analyzed scientifically by AHP and grey comprehensive analysis.The research adopts the viewpoint and method of system theory,based on the principle of system theory.Referring to the domestic evaluation index of educational informatization,this paper establishes the evaluation index frame of educational informatization development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province,which includes five first-level indexes and 20 second-level indexes,in order to reflect the development level and current situation of educational informatization of Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu relatively objectively.And put the development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province in the development of Vocational Colleges in the national environment for analysis,so as to explore the national development planning requirements,but also with the characteristics of Jiangsu Province,higher vocational colleges education informatization development strategies and ways.The research shows that Jiangsu vocational education informationization hardware construction and informationization application have a leading level in the whole country,with obvious advantages,mainly reflected in policy support and financial support;deep-seated training mode exploration and reform;emphasis on resource sharing and agglomeration.However,there are still some problems,such as information planning is difficult to implement and implementation is not in place;higher vocational teachers' awareness of informationization is high,but their level is uneven;the utilization rate of digital resources is low;the sharing degree ofinformationization resources is not high,and the mechanism of coordination and synchronization is lacking;the application level of teaching informationization is uneven,and the innovation ability of education informationization is insufficient.It puts forward the following development strategies: innovation-driven and coordinated development;strengthening teacher training and building Informationized Teaching team;enriching informationized resources to solve the problem of resource co-construction and sharing;reforming management mechanism and improving organizational security system.
