Research On The Development And Countermeasures Of Sino-foreign Cooperation In Higher Vocational Education In Hebei Province

Under the background of economic globalization,Sino-foreign cooperation in running a school is an effective way for higher vocational education to face the world,introduce superior resources and foreign advanced ideas,improve the quality of running a school,and cultivate high-skilled talents meeting international standards.Although Hebei Province has made certain experience and achievements in exploring Sino-foreign cooperation in running higher vocational schools,there are still many problems.Based on the investigation and analysis,combined with China's national conditions and the development of Vocational education,this paper focuses on the problems and Countermeasures of Sino-foreign cooperation in running higher vocational schools in Hebei Province.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,starting from the macro policy background of vigorously developing higher vocational education,this paper analyzes the major measures and objectives of the national development strategy for international running schools in Higher Vocational education,and puts forward the proposition of the development of Sino-foreign cooperative running schools and Countermeasures in Higher Vocational Colleges in combination with the development demands of establishing high-level colleges in higher vocational colleges.It also expounds the research purpose,significance,ideas and methods,summarizes the research status,and puts forward the research direction and object.Secondly,this article explores the basic theory of Sino-foreign cooperative education and the development process of Sino-foreign cooperation between the state and Hebei Province,analyzes the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Hebei Province's Vocational colleges,and analyzes the existing problems:there are drawbacks in the current system and Chinese-foreign cooperative education system in higher vocational colleges.There is a lack of a strong governance platform for Sino-foreign cooperation in schools,Missing autonomy and flexibility in running schools,and the imperfect supervision and evaluation mechanism;they has arelatively simple way of carrying out projects,seeking information about projects,and international educational exchanges have not played a prominent role;and in terms of cooperation mode.There are many problems in the cooperative management,such as the singleness of the cooperative mode,the blindness of setting up specialties,the difficulty of students' education and management,and the confusion of foreign teachers' management.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems and the reality of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational schools in Hebei Province,this paper puts forward the overall planning design and safeguard measures to promote the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in the schools in Hebei Province.Around the development plan of Made in China 2025 and the requirement of cultivating "great craftsmen" put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping,they should take the initiative to serve the development of Hebei's advantageous industries and new industries,adhere to the idea of "running schools with high-end guidance and characteristics",and cooperate with international organizations with good reputation and stride across the border.Exchanges and cooperation between Chinese enterprises and developed countries in vocational education should explore new ways and new modes,cultivate advanced technical personnel with international vision,knowledge of international rules and mastery of international frontier technology,and serve the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and industrial upgrading and transformation and the overseas production economy of Hebei enterprises.Technical personnel needed by the battalion.In a word,based on the perspective of pedagogy and management,this study comprehensively expounds the basic problems.In the concrete research,the author makes an in-depth investigation on the Sino-foreign cooperative school-running projects of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei Province by applying the relevant principles and research methods of higher education,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions through systematic and in-depth analysis,induction and summary,combining with the special problems and development requirements faced by the development of higher vocational educationin Hebei Province.In order to provide reference for government departments and higher vocational colleges.
