| The football in China still lags behind many countries in the world, also in Asia is also known as the "three flow level". There exist errors in the soccer development and populariz ation system in China. Today, the Chinese Football Association carry out to cooperate with the Ministry of education, which vigorously promote the development of the campus footba11, is on the right track in the general direction and let the football back to school. However, a limited number of the Campus Soccer School, most students can not participate in the ca mpus football. If more young students involved in football, they may be find happiness, cult ivate interest, develop the habit of lifelong sports and build a broad base, which will produc e more long-term, more positive effect on football development than only caught some prof essional teams.Xilin gol league is on the northern part of China, the soccer foundation is weak,the youth soccer development is falling behind the other border areas.the purpose of this paper is to investigate current development situation of soccer in xilin gol league (X-League is short for xilin gol league below) schools, for60years,X-league minority traditional sports and the responding program have developed a lot, which is acquired164gold medals,81silver medals,67bronze medals at the national large-scale sports events. At the same time, in X-league cultivated Olympic champion Zhang Xiaoping and14Chinese style wrestling National master sportsman such as Chaganzha who obtained13champions in a row dispatched thousands of athletes for autonomous region and the country. however, soccer as the mass sport program which is developed not well in X-league,all the league didn’t have traditional adult or student soccer events, the development situation is not as well.We performed this study aiming of the popularity of soccer, the establishment of a wid e range of foundation, enhancing student’s physical physique and willpower, promoting the school quality education and improving the overall level of youth football of Xilin gol leagu e. In this study, teachers, students and school leaders, which coming from15primary and m iddle schools in Xilin gol league, persons worked in education bureau and training departm ent, and mass were investigated and interviewed. The data were analyzed by SPSS mat hematical statistics software.1) The school leaders, teachers, students and parents only pay attention to the cultural courses, and students bear big pressures. At the same time, the times of weekly football activity and its duration were not enough.2) Students were higher interests in football, and their have subjective willingness to participate in footba11.3) most of football teachers in Xilin gol had high educational background, and age st ructure was more reasonable. But their academic level were not high with lacking exper iences and scientific research abilities. Teachers lack work enthusiasm because of high workload and low salary. The pay and reward were not so imbalanced.4) The informal arrangement of the school football class seriously affected the football popularity.5) sch ool football facilities are perfect, have the basic conditions for football, but complement ary equipment is not enough, which affected the normal development of high school foo tball.6) there was a shortage of football team funding resulting few matches, and the fo otball competition system was also not perfect.7,the school football has less degree of concern, and that is lack of each level students football game, which greatly restricts the development of football sports.8, the living habits of Mongolia people, physical quality and national character are suitable for the development of football, the relevant departments are willing to put more resources into national sports, neglected the development of football which is behind the program.9, harsh climatic conditions also has certain influence on the development of local football.Put forward some proposals fonthe local youth football development:1, the biggest development problem of X-league school football, is the school and the society should play a role in, create more opportunities and hold more football games for students,so that the majority of students can participate in, to attract more students, establish an extensive and solid foundation, this is the work we should to do at present.2, all the education administration and schools should change the traditional ideas,pay attention to sports, increase capital investment, improve infrastructure.3, strictly implement the "Regulations on school sports", set up football class which according to the regulations, complete the number of class time which is required, let students understand soccer and master the basic techniques and skills, inhance the rational and perceptual cognization, to ensure the organic link between learning and training.4, improve the professional quality and comprehensive quality of the football school teachers, improve the teachers’ knowledge structure.5, establish and improve the multi-level system of competition, held Soccer events in school, county and League, especially the most basic school tournament, which has largest number and close to students.6, sports authorities should be good at discovering the local football potential, explore Mongolia advantage, in coordination with the Department of education, priority to select several Mongolia schools to set up pilot, increase the hardware input, giving better conditions and more opportunities for competition.7, combine with the media to do the propaganda work well, positive report the school football. |
